Yes, guests are welcome! If you plan to bring a guest, you will need to purchase two (2) double-occupancy cruise registrations at the current package rate.

During registration, you will be asked to specify your guest’s full name and indicate whether they are:

• An educator attending all conference programming, or

• A non-participating guest who will not be joining official sessions but is cruising with you.

This information helps us manage room assignments, conference materials, and access appropriately. All registered guests will share a stateroom, and each must be listed on the cruise manifest.

Yes. Participants will receive a certificate of completion aligned with core educator competencies. Select sessions may be eligible for continuing education units (CEUs), depending on your district or state policies.

The cruise experience is fully in-person. However, sponsors, speakers, and partners who are unable to attend in person will still receive visibility through our virtual Whova app, digital promotions, and post-cruise engagement opportunities.tem description

Yes. A double occupancy ticket includes shared accommodations for both the hotel and the cruise. In both cases, the room will have two separate beds by default. No special request is needed to keep the beds separate—just indicate your preference during registration to help us ensure your comfort.

If you would prefer a private hotel room before the cruise, you must contact Profound Ladies to request a single room upgrade for an additional fee. Otherwise, both your hotel and cruise accommodations will be shared.

Guests who select a single occupancy ticket will receive private rooms for both the hotel stay and the cruise.

If you're bringing a guest who will not be attending the conference, you must select the single occupancy registration option. Here’s what that includes and what to expect:

• Only one person is registered for the conference. Your guest will not have access to any Profound Impact programming, events, or designated spaces.

• Conference passes are required to access all sessions and event spaces, both at the hotel and onboard the ship. Passes will be checked at all times.

• You and your guest will share a cruise cabin. Royal Caribbean cabins are priced based on double occupancy, so the fare, taxes, and fees for both you and your guest are included under the single occupancy registration through our group block.

• Your guest will still be able to enjoy all standard Royal Caribbean cruise accommodations and amenities just like you—this includes dining, entertainment, pools, activities, and more.

• You will also share a hotel room with your guest. If you would like a private hotel room or additional space for your guest, please contact Profound Ladies to request an upgrade (additional fees apply).

• Only one seat on group transportation to the port is included, and it is reserved for the registered attendee. Your guest will need to arrange their own transportation via rideshare or other methods.

• The registration includes one swag bag, one conference pass, and internet access for one device only, all reserved for the registered attendee.

• Your guest may purchase their own VOOM internet package and will be responsible for paying their own gratuities once they upload a credit card to their Royal Caribbean account via the Royal Caribbean app.

You’ll check in through the Royal Caribbean mobile app (available on iOS and Android). You’ll need to upload a photo, enter passport information, select your arrival time at the port, and add a credit card for onboard purchases and gratuities. We’ll notify you when it’s time to complete your check-in process.

The app is your go-to hub while onboard. It lets you:

• Check in before your cruise

• Access your daily schedule and onboard activities

• Book dining, shows, and excursions

• View your onboard spending

• Connect to VOOM internet
  We highly recommend downloading the app before you arrive at the port.

Yes! Royal Caribbean offers multiple drink packages including:

• Deluxe Beverage Package (includes alcoholic drinks, specialty coffees, bottled water, and more)

• Refreshment Package (non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails, fresh juices, and premium coffee)

• Classic Soda Package

Drink packages are not included in your conference registration. You may purchase a drink package through the Royal Caribbean app once your check-in is complete.

One VOOM internet login for a single device is included for each registered conference attendee. If you need additional internet access or if your guest wants their own connection, you can purchase extra VOOM plans via the Royal Caribbean app or onboard.

Gratuities are not included in your conference registration. You will need to upload a credit card to your Royal Caribbean account through the app, and gratuities will be automatically charged to that card during your cruise. Guests are responsible for their own gratuities as well.

Yes. You can explore and book shore excursions directly through the Royal Caribbean app or website once your booking is confirmed. Some excursions may fill quickly, so we recommend booking early if there's something you're excited about.

At a minimum, you will need:

• A valid passport (recommended) or state-issued ID and birth certificate (for U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises)

• Your SetSail pass (generated through the Royal Caribbean app)

• Any health or travel documents required at the time of sailing (we’ll provide updates if applicable)

• Yes, if you are a U.S. citizen and your Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas is a closed-loop cruise (it begins and ends at the same U.S. port), you can cruise without a passport.

  In this case, you will need:

  • An original or certified copy of your birth certificate (issued by a government agency, with a raised seal or official signature), and

  • A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license.

  However, a valid U.S. passport is strongly recommended.
  If you experience an emergency while in port and need to fly home, you will not be allowed to re-enter the United States by air without a valid passport. A passport also helps avoid potential delays and complications during international travel.

  For the smoothest and safest experience, we encourage all attendees to travel with a valid passport if possible.

Yes. All guests will be required to present a credit or debit card at check-in. This card is only used to cover incidentals or any additional charges you may choose to make during your stay (e.g., room service, snacks, etc.)

Yes! Your room rate, taxes, and portage fees are fully covered through your Uncharted Cruise ticket. These charges have been applied to our master account—you will not be billed for them unless you incur additional personal charges.

No, all deposits are non-refundable. However, your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your ticket, and it secures your spot for the Profound Impact Cruise.
